Micro Cassette to digital file conversion

Micro Cassette – widely used in portable Dictaphones and telephone answering machines.
Introduced around 1969 and around a quarter of the size of a compact cassette this format was very popular until digital voice recorders and answering machines became the norm.
Generally, tapes could store up to 60 minutes of audio but the ability of the hardware to record at half speed allowed for longer record times. Due to lower tape speed the audio quality can be compromised.
Micro cassette tape to digital transfer
A range of professional audio recording equipment is used depending on circumstances and the quality of the recording. Basic audio signal conditioning, equalization and signal compression are used to ensure the best quality possible.

A combination or high-quality audio recording hardware and audio editing software is used to reduce noise and enhance the audio recording.
We can transfer micro cassette to digital files for use in archiving or editing applications. We can supply the files as WAV, MP3 or almost any other audio file type.
