
Funeral livestreaming and recording
Preparing to farewell a loved one is an emotional and stressful time. One of the many things to consider is how to include family and friends who are unable to attend the service in person.
With many immigrants living in New Zealand, it is not always possible for family and friends from far afield to attend a funeral or memorial service.
A typical livestream setup includes the following:
- 2 x HD cameras with tripods and associated equipment. One camera situated at the rear and one near the front of the venue. Additional cameras can be added if required (max. 4 in total)
- Vision switcher, monitor, laptops, and associated equipment.
- External microphones attached to the podium and for room audio.
- Backup recording and edited video (provided post event)
Edited Video Recording:
To compliment the livestream recording, a fully edited HD version of the service can be provided for archiving or distribution at a later date. This recording also serves as a backup in the event of a broadband connection outage.
Slideshows:
In addition to funeral recording service, Digital Mix are able to create slideshow presentations. We scan old photos and slides and prepare presentations highlighting special times with loved ones.
